Obama chooses Joe Biden as VP running mate
I must take a break from stocks (just for today) to talk about the state I live and work in.
In the wee hours of Saturday morning, Barack Obama announced the selection of Senator Joe Biden as his Vice Presidential running mate. These are indeed exciting times in the First State!
Flags were flying high as crowds chanted “Mo Joe” outside of Senator Biden’s home in Greenville.
I met Senator Biden last summer and bought a copy of his autobiography. Very interesting past. He overcame a terrible speech impediment (who would’ve thought?), lost his first wife to a tragic accident and has served the State of Delaware for over 30 years.
Okay, that’s all for the politics but I had to say it…GO DELAWARE!!!
